Access the Portal
Go to the official EcoCash payment portal:
Important: This service only supports payments made in ZiG (ZW$).
Select ZINWA
On the list of billers, choose ZINWA.
Critical Warning
You may see two ZINWA options — select correctly according to your meter type:
For Lapis Prepaid Water Meter
Choose the OLD ZINWA logo
Select this for Lapis meters.
For Satewave Prepaid Water Meter
Choose the NEW ZINWA logo
Select this for Satewave meters only.
Choosing the wrong option will prevent token delivery.
Enter Your Details
Input your full 13-digit ZINWA Account Number exactly as shown on your bill.
Complete the Payment
Finalize your EcoCash payment. You'll receive an SMS with your water token shortly after.
